Connection Rail in Waterproof Case – 32 Firing Cues
FireOne’s™ Waterproof Rail is a totally enclosed environment for the field module and connection rail. Enclosed in a heavy duty waterproof injection molded case with a convenient carrying handle, this rail/module assembly is ideal for those clients who desire an assembly that can be totally closed and sealed.
The Waterproof Rail has 32 sets of individual terminals to accommodate the full 32 firing cues of the field modules plus a set of 2-Wire terminals to accept control panel wiring. The module, secured in the rear of the case, is removable for service and inspection. The Waterproof Rail is available in wired or wireless configurations. The wireless version employs an external antenna that is removable.

DESIGN SUMMARY
FireOne’s Waterproof Rail is designed to accomplish a number of tasks that enable the field technician to be as productive and efficient as possible during setup and teardown of pyrotechnic material.
- Compact injection molded case with carrying handle is easy to store and transport
- The field module fits into the rail to eliminate connection issues between the module and the rail
- The stainless steel terminals are designed with gripping “teeth” to hold the e-match wires securely with minimal attention from the technician
- Teardown is efficient due to the push and clear connection terminal design
- Each terminal post is robust enough to be used as a tie off point for the e-match wiring
- The field modules, inserted into the injection molded case, are protected from pyrotechnic effects and fallout
- The Waterproof Rail’s design makes it ideal for advanced wiring of small scale effects for stage show and recurrent events. Which means the rails can be wired several days prior to a display and placed and wired into the control system at a later date
- This connection rail will not easily deteriorate since it is constructed of material that is highly resistant to outdoor environments
- Has separate common connection for all 32 cues
Connection terminals are replaceable.
EXAMPLES
FireOne’s Waterproof Rail is built as a fully contained module/rail system. The basic model can be equipped with an FM-32Q wired firing module.
In addition to housing a wired firing module, FireOne also offers a model that is fully compatible with the FM-i32Q wireless firing module. This self-contained system allows the wireless module and connection rail to be used and transported as a single unit, decreasing setup time.
